Closed pilot · Consultancies only

Client mailboxes your firm controls.

Register clients on portals that send one-time codes — without borrowing their personal inbox or fighting consumer webmail’s daily limits. ZeyMail issues receive-only mailboxes under your firm’s name, keeps them for as long as the registration needs, then hands them over.

In a closed pilot with one consultancy. Not opening new accounts yet.

Why consumer webmail stops working for this job

A consultancy that registers clients on portals needs a mailbox per client. The big webmail providers are built for one person, one inbox.

  • Two accounts a day

Consumer providers cap how many new accounts one office can open — per day, per device, per phone number. On a busy morning the limit arrives before lunch.

  • Flagged as abuse

Many new accounts from one office look like a spam operation to an automated system. Accounts get locked, sometimes the whole office’s, with no one to call.

  • The client’s inbox is not yours to use

You cannot register a client with their personal address and then read their mail for the code. The mailbox has to belong to the registration, not to the person.

How a registration runs on ZeyMail

Interface preview

  1. Step 1: A client engages you

They need to be registered on a portal that confirms the address with a one-time code. You take the registration on; they keep their personal inbox to themselves.

  2. Step 2: Your firm issues a client mailbox

Type the client’s name and ZeyMail suggests an address under your firm’s account. One click, and the mailbox exists.

  3. Step 3: The portal sends its code; your team reads it in ZeyMail

Every mailbox your firm issued sits in one list. Mail arrives within seconds, and a client still waiting for a code is marked so nobody has to ask.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

Once the registration is live, the client changes the address on the portal to their own. The ZeyMail mailbox stays on file for one to two years, then is retired at your request.

One list, every client

Built so portals can trust it too

An address that exists only to receive a registration code looks, to a portal, like something it should block. ZeyMail is built to be the opposite of that.

  • Receive-only

A ZeyMail mailbox cannot send. The only mail that leaves zeymail.com is our own: the pilot-list confirmation, and the copies your team asks to receive.

  • A named firm behind every address

Mailboxes are issued by a consultancy under an account we open by hand, and every mailbox carries an audit trail.

  • Kept, then handed over

Mailboxes stay on file for one to two years and are retired at the firm’s request — never dropped after a few minutes.

  • Sender authentication enforced

The domain publishes a reject policy, so mail pretending to come from zeymail.com is refused by receiving servers.

  • Abuse reports answered by people

Write to abuse@zeymail.com. Every report is read and answered by a person.

  • Checked daily against public blocklists

If the domain ever appears on one, we know the same day and act on it.

Operating a portal, or maintaining a blocklist? There is a page written for you.

Who is ZeyMail for?

Consultancies and agents who register clients on portals — contractor registration, procurement, licensing, company and tax filings — wherever the portal confirms an email address with a one-time code. It is not a personal email service.

Can a client sign in?

No. Client mailboxes are read by your firm’s own named accounts. The client never needs ZeyMail: once the registration is live, they change the address on the portal to their own.

Can I send mail from a client mailbox?

No, and that is deliberate. ZeyMail mailboxes only receive. It means nobody can use them to send unwanted mail, which is what keeps the domain trusted by the portals your clients register on.

How long is a mailbox kept?

For one to two years by default — long enough to cover renewals — and it is retired only when your firm asks. The mail inside stays readable for the whole time.

How do I get an account?

ZeyMail is in a closed pilot with one consultancy. We are not opening new accounts yet. Leave your email and we will write to you once — when the pilot ends — and early registrants get their first month at no charge. At launch, every account is opened after we have verified the business behind it.

Which portals does it work with?

Any portal that sends its code or confirmation by email. We do not name agencies or systems on this site; if yours emails a code, it works.

What do early registrants get?

Everyone who confirms a place on the pilot list before accounts open gets their first month at no charge, then launch pricing.

Is this a temporary-email service?

No. Those hand out addresses to anyone, no questions asked, and drop them after minutes. A ZeyMail mailbox is issued by a named consultancy, kept for years, tied to a real registration and handed over to the client at the end. We publish how we keep it that way on the page for portal operators.

Where is my data?

Mail and account data are stored with Cloudflare and kept for as long as the mailbox is on file. A firm can ask for a mailbox and its mail to be deleted at any time.

When the pilot ends, you will hear from us first.
